Kes and Teresa, a couple with 30 years experience in teaching and there own personal practice, welcome you to their yogi family home. Retreats in Koh Phangan with Kes and Teresa offer you open space to clear your mind and breathe. There are amazing views of the jungle and nature all around you, and bird-song fills the air.

The focus of our Ashtanga retreats is to create a realistic daily yoga practice that you can continue anywhere in the world. To provide a guide to healthy eating & Ayurveda, kindle awareness of a lifestyle of working on yourself & your health. Kes and Teresa aim to unite your mind, body, and breath in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well-being.

Ashtanga Yoga healing Retreats

Our Ashtanga yoga healing retreat is designed for all levels and abilities to learn the Ashtanga 8 limbs series, as a complete beginner or refresh and get back into your Ashtanga practice, meet like minded people. Immerse yourself in the self-healing art of Ashtanga yoga, pranayama and meditation. Learn tools for living a healthy happy life.

6 to 30 Nights Ashtanga Healing retreats include
  • Monday to Friday 7.30 – 9am: Group Mysore-style Ashtanga class – with KPJAJI authorized teacher 
  • 10.00 – 11.00: Yogic philosophy, yoga dharma talks, learning the traditional Ashtanga Opening & Closing chants, Ayurvedic education
  • 11.15 – 12.15: Daily pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation immersion
  • 16:00-17:15 optional Afternoon hatha flow
  • Saturday  8.30 – 9.45/10.00: Ashtanga primary series
  •  Use of Swimming pool, herbal steam and ice bath are available twice a week
