Training Schedule
This weekly structure balances physical practice, theoretical study, and teaching development.
Monday – Friday
Week 2: Lesson planning, voice training, jungle walk.
Week 3: Anatomy.
Week 4/5: Teaching practice and practicum.
Week 2/3/4: Learn the skill of offering clear verbal instructions and hands-on adjustments.
Week 2/3/4: Pranayama meditation.
