Develop your own personal asana, pranayama, meditation practice & learn new teaching and adjustment skills
- Creation and organisation of lesson plans; how to cue students in different asanas, transitions, and techniques
- Teaching practice in both Ashtanga & vinyasa styles, methods of teaching, and training others; give safe hands-on adjustments, learn to use your voice, discover the business of yoga
- Functional anatomy, study of the body and movement, how to give modifications
- Receive your Trainer Pro certification with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK & International)
- Access to all group classes, herbal steam ice bath & swimming pool
- Enjoy x2 meals per day at our jungle cafe. Breakfast & Lunch plus Friday 7pm Indian buffet
Training Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: Mornings Mysore-style Ashtanga class, pranayama breathwork & meditation techniques followed by breakfast philosophy and history Lunch break
- Saturday: Led Ashtanga Class followed by breakfast Chanting, Anatomy
- Sunday: rest day as per the tradition of Ashtanga yoga, self study day, worksheet to complete
- Monday to Saturday Afternoons: Alignment, asana break-down, conscious hands-on adjustments, find your voice, plan lessons & teaching practice, Anatomy
- Afternoon Hatha, vinyasa classes optional

Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training
- Develop your yoga asana, pranayama, meditation & teaching skills
- Become a creative, knowledgeable and well rounded teacher with traditional Hatha cleansing postures and vinyasa gentle flow
- Create and learn the organisation of your own lesson plans; how to cue students in different postures, with smooth transitions
- Teaching practice, Alignment and how to give safe verbal and hands-on adjustments, learn to use your voice, discover the business of yoga
- Functional anatomy, study of the body and movement, how to give modifications
- Study the chakras, vedas, Koshas, Patanjali’s 8 limbs
- Training materials provided and Receive your Trainer Pro certification with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK & International) on completion
- Access to all group classes, herbal steam ice bath & swimming pool
